As a general rule, we do not accept changes or cancellations of doll specifications or customizations after placing an order.


[Completion, correction, and shipment instruction of the doll]

When the doll is completed, we will send you a picture of the completed photo, so please check it. If you need to fix it, make the fix you want. We will ship after receiving the reply of the shipment OK from the customer. You will receive it within about a week.

The first time is free of charge, and after the second time, it will be 3,000 yen once. (If it is too different from the photo, we will instruct you to correct it first.) )

The customs procedure is done by a domestic professional company designated by the shipping company, so you do not need to do anything.

If your luggage is 50 kg or less, you can also pick up at the "Sales Office Fastening" of Sagawa Express (no additional charge). Please fill in the name, address and zip code of the nearest sales office when you place your order in the remarks column. In that case, it may not be possible to specify Sagawa depending on the manufacturer, so in that case, it will be stopped from the sales office of another shipping company.

If you have a heavy doll, it's hard to carry it alone, so we recommend delivery to your home.

If your package is over 50 kg, it will not be possible to deliver on Sunday due to the carrier's relationship. Please check if you wish.
